Abstract

Mental toughness is crucial for military personnel to handle the intense pressures and demands of military life. This article explores strategies for enhancing mental toughness among military personnel. A mixed-methods approach was used, including a literature review, surveys administered to 300 soldiers, and interviews with 15 military trainers. The results indicate that mental toughness can be improved through targeted training programs, psychological resilience training, and stress management techniques. The findings emphasize the importance of a structured approach to developing mental toughness to improve overall performance and well-being.
